QUIT SMOKING

As a former smoker, I know all too well what you are going through. I started every day with morning coffee and a cigarette. It couldn't be otherwise. That was my time, my 5 minutes. And so 20 times during the day and there is the whole hell. With coffee, before eating, after eating, to light one and then I'll... I've finished work so I have to have one - I deserve it. I got annoyed, where are my cigarettes, to take a break with a cigar of course, another one and go to sleep... Sound familiar?
And how can I give that up? Well, that's my only pleasure. This was my favorite explanation.

She left them 5 times - for 3 days, a month, six, a year. Every time it was difficult - I guess that's why I kept coming back.

Until I did RTT therapy to stop smoking. Determined and resolved, after 1 RTT therapy I became a non-smoker. Very quickly I thought, felt and perceived myself as a non-smoker. Except that now I don't go to cafes and restaurants because it's hard for me to resist watching everyone around me smoke. No, on the contrary, I am completely indifferent in the company of smokers because I simply don't see myself that way anymore.
