We work once a week, in a period of 3, 6 or 9 months.
At the beginning, we determine the goals and schedule of the sessions and throughout the whole process I guide you in a personalized way, so that it is maximally aligned with your current capacity and wishes.

After each RTT and EFTMR session, you get a personalized meditation recording that stays with you forever, so you can listen to it even after the program ends.
Each session is tailored to you, your needs and goals, and together we create the best strategy so that you can make the lasting change you want.
I apply a holistic approach to each client and everything is personalized.
