Šta je Rapidna Transformativna Terapija?
Rapid Transformational Therapy , or shorter RTT, is a method that skillfully combines the best elements of hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), psychotherapy and specific techniques that make this method unique.
What differs the most from other methods is the approach and the way of solving the problem. Usually 1-3 therapies for an individual problem are enough. The success rate of eliminating the problem after just one therapy is 80%.
The goal in working with clients is to discover and eliminate the cause of the problem and not just deal with the consequences. Precisely because of that, the results are fast and lasting.
Odakle potiče RTT?
Using her decades-long experience (over 30 years in working with clients) The RTT method was created by Mrs. Marissa Peer from London, UK, who was repeatedly proclaimed the best British therapist. She is the author of several international bestsellers, public speaker and celebrity therapist (her clients are royalty, Olympic athletes, CEO company, Rock stars, Hollywood actors, directors, top models...).
Kako funkcioniše RTT?
The reason for the success of RTT is that we work with the subconscious part of mind. In everyday life, 90% of our thoughts actually come from the subconscious and not from the conscious part of the mind. With the help of the RTT method, we discover the cause and the root of the problem, with adequate techniques we change the beliefs that are no longer useful, the harmful beliefs that hinder and limit you.

Kako izgleda tretman RTT?
The session itself lasts between 2 and 2,5 hours. The first part is relaxation, the second part is discovering the cause of the problem and the third part is the transformation of old outdated beliefs that no longer serve any purpose. The big advantage of RTT is that in addition to working face to face in the office with clients, we can also work online. No matter where you are, all you need is a good internet connection and a camera. It is desirable that you are at home alone or in a separate room from other household members, where no one could disturb you.
Kako se klijent oseća u toku terapije?
It is imperative for me to work with clients so that they always feel safe and relaxed. Experiences are individual; it can be emotional but never traumatic. You have complete control over yourself. The client is in a fully conscious but relaxed state. You and I talk all the time, only your eyes are closed. The most common words my clients use to describe their experience with RTT to friends is “an extremely enjoyable experience”. Personally, I always feel like after a good massage, relaxed and reborn.
Snimak
Bitan deo RTT-ija jeste slušanje snimka. Nakon Vaše terapije, pravim Vam Vaš lični i izuzetno personalizovan snimak (omiljeni deo većine klijenata), koji je preporučljivo da slušate najmanje 21 dan. To je zapravo proces reprogramiranja Vašeg uma i uverenja i u potpunosti oslobađanje od starih šablona ponašanja, načina razmišljanja koja Vam više ne koriste i ne trebaju.
Praćenje
After the RTT session we will stay in contact for 30 days. Regular reporting is mandatory and important for client. If I don’t notice certain changes, I can suggest a new recording to the client, which I don’t charge for.
Kako izgleda vaš put kroz jednu rtt terapiju?
- Korak 1: razgovor od 20 minuta, gde se ukratko upoznajem sa vašim izazovom.
- Korak 2: nakon izvršene uplate, šaljem vam upitnik za koji treba da odvojite 30–60 minuta da ga popunite + dokumenta saglasnosti i uslovima saradnje, kao i skalu zadovoljstva koju koristimo da uvidite svoj napredak nakon 30 dana.
- Korak 3: dogovaramo 1 sat razgovora online (preko zooma, skajpa, messengera, whatsapp-a ili vibera) u toku kog zajedno analiziramo vaše odgovore i pravimo plan za postizanje maksimalnih rezultata.
- Korak 4: fenomenalna rtt terapija u trajanju od 120–180 minuta, uživo ili online, kako vam odgovara.
- Korak 5: vaš personalizovani snimak koji je poželjno da slušate 21 dan.
- Korak 6: kontaktiranje i praćenje sa moje strane i to 1., 3., 7., 14., 21. i 30. dana od vaše terapije.
- Korak 7: na raspolaganju vam je moja podrška u toku 30 dana, bez obzira na navedenu dinamiku provere sa moje strane.
- Korak 8: online analiza napretka nakon 30 dana, razgovor u trajanju od 20 minuta.
Treatments/Sessions
Kada su tretmani/ sesije u pitanju, preporuka je da radimo jednom mesečno, i možeš da se opredeliš za neki od sledećih paketa:
- 330€ po paketu za pozive iz Srbije (po srednjem kursu NBS na dan uplate)
- 440€ po paketu za pozive iz inostranstva
